Technical Tips to floor polishing

Even if the hard flooring has become dull, scratched or warn the KS Series Floor Polishers can restore these floor to their original condition.

ROOM PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 : Move all furnitrue and wall dectoration out of the room

Step 2 : Install a turbo-driers within the room, open a window across the room and just outside the room. With the drier set to exhaust, the negative pressure keeps the dust from moving outside the room.

Step 3: Just in case cover furniture in adjoining rooms

SCREEN THE FLOOR INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 : Install an abrasive pad on the rubberized wheel of the floor polisher to practice in the center of the room until you are comfortable with the effect.

Step 2 Install a grit abrasive screen on the polisher and sand the floor. Go back and forth across the floor in overlapping passes from one end of the room to the other.

Step 3 : Sweep, vacuum and inspect the floor. All the finish should be dull, wear patterns should no longer be noticable and any scratches and staines should be gone. Repeat the sanding as neccessary.

REMOVE ALL DUST

APPLY THE FINISH INSTRUCTIONS AS PER THE KS ROTARY INSTRUCTIONS
